1. Definitions

"We", "us", "our" refers to the dealership. "You", "your" refers to the customer. "Vehicle" refers to any electric vehicle listed on our website.

2. Orders and Reservations

• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a vehicle becomes unavailable, with a full refund of any deposit paid
• Prices shown are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of VAT where applicable
• Prices may change without notice until a deposit is received — reservations lock the price at the time of payment

3. Payment

• We accept payment via bank transfer, Paystack, and Flutterwave
• Full payment or agreed financing terms must be completed before delivery
• All payment processing is handled by our certified payment partners and subject to their terms

4. Delivery

• Delivery is free nationwide for all vehicle purchases
• Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery and inspection sign-off
• You must inspect the vehicle at delivery and report any damage before signing

5. Warranty

• All vehicles are sold with the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product listing
• Battery warranty terms vary by manufacturer and are detailed on each vehicle's page
• Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or modifications

6. Returns and Cancellations

• Reservations may be cancelled within 48 hours for a full deposit refund
• After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable unless the vehicle is materially different from its listing
• For vehicles delivered with defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange inspection and remediation

7. Financing

Financing is subject to credit assessment and approval by our financing partners. Rates and terms shown on our website are indicative only. Final terms are confirmed in your financing agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and vehicle specifications — is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
